I can take a few things off your hands.

Castling: Here is how I reply in your style, step back when you should take over, and remember the details that make a customer feel known.

I answer the way you answer.

No templates. I learn from your own chats, and you stay in charge of every reply.

You: Does it really sound like me?

I learn how you chat.

I read your past chats with customers: how you greet, the short forms you use, how long your replies are. Then I reply the same way.

  • I follow the customer’s language: BM, English or a mix
  • Short and casual, if that is how you write
  • No stiff sentences that sound like a bot
A flower-shop customer asks for a card with roses; the assistant’s draft answers in short, friendly Malay with the total, and Send, Edit and Dismiss buttons under it.
A draft in the shop’s own voice. Send it, edit it or bin it.

You: And when a customer is angry?

I step back and call you.

Refunds, complaints, anything I’m not sure about: I don’t guess. The chat comes to you with a one-line reason, and I stay quiet there until you answer.

  • An alert that says why
  • I pause in that chat until you reply
  • You tell me what I must never promise
A customer says the flowers arrived wilted and asks for a refund; a bar above the message box says the chat was handed over and the AI waits until you resume it.
A refund request: I step back and wait for you.

You: Will it remember my regulars?

Every one of them.

The usual order, the last visit, what you promised. I keep it per customer, so nobody has to tell their story twice.

  • Notes saved after each chat
  • I read the photos customers send
  • Edit or delete any note, any time
The “What the AI remembers” list for a customer: a flower preference, delivery timing, an anniversary and a previous order.
What I remember about each customer. Edit or delete any note.

You: And the smaller things?

A few more things I do

  • Take a reply back

Cancel a reply before it goes out, or edit it after it was sent, within WhatsApp’s 15 minutes.

  • Follow your rules

Write them as you would say them: “Max 10% discount”, “Postage Tuesday and Thursday only”. For one number or one chat.

  • Watch your number’s health

For a number linked by QR: a health score and tips on what to avoid, to lower the risk of a ban. Not a 100% guarantee.

  • Speak real Malaysian

I get “bro ada size L tak, nak yang black” and answer in the same mix.

The “AI in this chat” panel: Manual, Draft and Auto, with Draft selected, and the chat’s own rule “Max 10% discount. Delivery only Tuesday and Thursday.”
Manual, Draft or Auto, and rules in your own words.
